Good inspection and testing should help the person responsible for the installation make sound decisions. We inspect methodically, record genuine limitations, explain priorities in plain language and can deliver the remedial work directly. Programmes can be phased across occupied, multi-building or multi-let estates to create a practical route from condition reporting to close-out.

Scope note
An inspection records the condition of the accessible installation at the time of the work. Agreed limitations and inaccessible or concealed parts are identified in the report; destructive access is not included unless expressly quoted.
