Testing & compliance
Useful electrical evidence—not just a certificate at the end of a visit.
Capability
Built around the operating site.
Good inspection and testing should help the person responsible for the installation make sound decisions. We inspect methodically, record genuine limitations, explain priorities in plain language and can deliver the remedial work directly. Programmes can be phased across occupied, multi-building or multi-let estates to create a practical route from condition reporting to close-out.
What we deliver
Practical scope.
Clear responsibility.
Every quotation defines the work, interfaces and evidence for that project. These are the core areas our team can bring together.
EICRs
Periodic inspection and testing of fixed installations with observations, coding and recorded operational limitations.
Initial verification
Inspection and testing of new installations, additions and alterations before certification and handover.
Remedial works
Prioritised correction of defects, followed by the testing and evidence needed to close them out.
Portable appliance testing
Risk-informed in-service inspection and testing with asset records agreed to the customer’s needs.
Emergency lighting tests
Functional and duration testing, defect reporting and remedial support for emergency-lighting installations.
Managed programmes
Rolling surveys, access planning, progress tracking and consistent reporting across several areas or properties.
Engineering view
From condition to close-out
A useful report connects measured evidence to clear priorities and a verifiable remedial outcome.
How we work
A controlled route from brief to evidence.
Plan
Set the purpose, extent, previous records, access windows and acceptable limitations.
Inspect
Complete visual assessment and measured testing with safe isolation and site coordination.
Report
Issue intelligible observations, results, priorities and any limitations encountered.
Close out
Agree remedials, complete corrective work and provide the relevant verification.

Assurance
Evidence that supports the work.
Records are proportionate to the task and agreed at quotation stage, so customers and dutyholders know what they will receive.
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports
- Installation and minor-works certificates
- Schedules of inspections and test results
- Remedial completion evidence
- Emergency-lighting and PAT records
An inspection records the condition of the accessible installation at the time of the work. Agreed limitations and inaccessible or concealed parts are identified in the report; destructive access is not included unless expressly quoted.
