Planning a visit

What affects availability?

Good planning keeps travel proportionate and protects the time needed to complete the work properly.

Does distance rule a project out?

No. Work elsewhere in Cornwall is not excluded. We consider the technical requirement, duration, programme and whether visits can be grouped efficiently.

Is there a public 24/7 callout service?

No. Out-of-hours and priority response is available only where agreed under a customer-specific service-level agreement.

Can you support several sites?

Yes. Inspection, remedial and maintenance programmes can be planned across a portfolio, with consistent reporting and visits arranged by area.

Start with the site and the requirement

Tell us where the work is.

Send the postcode, a brief scope and the timing you have in mind. We will confirm whether we can assist and how the location affects the quotation.
